Okay where do i begin? the guy named James is a complete jackass/disrespectful punk with not a single ounce of class in him. These people have to worst agents on the grace of this planet earth who should have their license revoked!

Paula was amazing! Helped me find something I loved and didn't waste any of my time. I was in Orlando just for 2 days and I was able to seal the deal on something in that much time with her help. She helped myself and another 30 relocated employees in my company find homes here and everyone was blown away by her level of service and care; before, during and after the process. Paula was very knowledgeable, friendly, and you could tell she enjoyed what she did. I would definitely recommend her!

I met Paula Dale with Florida Real Estate & Land Co by chance when looking for a house to rent. Paula was so helpful, had a warm and welcoming personality and went out of her way to assist our new family. We decided not to rent and take the plunge into buying a house. A large part of the decision was because of Ms. Paula! We explained to Paula what we were looking for as far as a type of lifestyle we wanted to live in and the neighborhoods we were interested in. Paula took a chance and sent us a house in another neighborhood, very similar to what we were looking for. She took this chance because she took the time to get to know US and knew this would be a perfect fit for our family. The minute I walked into the house, it felt like HOME. Who knows where we would be without  Paula and her dedicated attention and support to us through a very nerve racking experience as a new home buyer.  She held our hand through the whole process. Thank YOU Paula!

Very happy with the quality of service provided by Daniel and his team. Paula Dale recently help me and my husband with finding our dream house and we could not be more pleased. Paula works hard, pays attention to detail and always with a smile on her face. She listened and understood what we were looking for and was able to zero in on our preference very quickly. I highly recommend engaging with Paula and Daniel if you are looking for a house or an apartment in Orlando!

Having recently just moved to Orlando I had the pleasure of working with Paula Dale to find an apartment prior to my move. The stress of moving is not something that I look forward to, however Paula made the transition extremely smooth and eliminated all stress and worries. Her organization, care and always being available to reach are a few of the reasons I enjoyed working with her. If you are looking for someone who goes above and beyond Paula is your girl! Along with myself, my company relocated over 30 employees from other states and Canada. All were in contact with Paula for housing. Each and everyone of our employees was beyond impressed. Anyone I know moving to Orlando I would definitely recommend Paula as she has exceeded all my expectations.
