Worked with Nelson Perez when we relocated from overseas and needed to rent a property quickly.  He found listings that checked off the boxes exactly and was very respectful of our time. Completely unprofessional brokers. Do not abide by the lease terms and lack basic communication skills. Would not and will not lease with them again.

I'm not sure why but it seemed like everyone I spoke with was extremely unprofessional. They were either extremely rude or just completely unhelpful. I was sent a text message by someone who didn't actually know any information about the home I was looking to rent or the 'Property Manager' basically told me that anything I wanted to change wouldn't happen, i.e. adding screens to window... which I'm pretty certain is a must by code... Lets just say Customer Service is NOT their strength.

Saw a 2Br 2 Baths  rental listing on their website for $850/mo, so I called the property manager (Jeanie) of the listing on Saturday & still no return call. Looked on their website again this morning & that same property is now listed for $1095/mo. It's amazing they had time to increase the rent, but not return my call. Horrible customer service & misleading advertising!!

When I moved into Winter Garden / Windermere three years ago, Nicole Mickle from Olde Town Brokers helped me every step of the way!  I met her online via social media while I was still in Indiana. Her and her team were very easy to work with and I love the story of Olde Town Brokers. I have now gotten to know more agents at Olde Town Brokers and I'm impressed. I'm glad to see that they now have an office in downtown Windermere so more people out here will get to know them. I'm already starting to see their signs pop up everywhere out here. Keep up the good work!
