I had a foot injury and i visited this place. Basically, some thorn was stuck in my foot and was very painful. Doctor at this clinic poked local anesthetic right into the area where thorn was stuck and cut some part of skin to take thorn out. Doctor said thorn is removed from the foot and prescribed me some antibiotics. I used antibiotics for the total term and it did not solve the problem, Instead my foot area got infected and felt more painful. I had to visit a podiatrist at a different clinic to get that problem solved. At novi urgent care, they gave me a high bill for not solving my problem. Please make sure that you do very good research before going to this urgent care. I ended up paying hugh amount of money here. I can hardly give a rating of 1

I have used this urgent care baby times and have never had a bad experience. I have read some of the reviews and it's mostly people complaint about not getting better or having to pay for past bills. It's an urgent care, you are supposed to follow up with your primary doctor! The staff is knowledgeable and quick, they are friendly and very reasonable.

One of the worst experience. I went to this facility with svere cold and siusitis. The doctor did not even touch or check my sisuses. I had fever of 102+ F. Send me home with Steroid and one Prescibed (seriously?) Over the counter medication. After 10 days of following this medication and horrible days, I went to another urgent care. where the SDr. instatntly checked for Sinuse and wrote medications which were very very effective. Do not go to this Urgent care. They charge you for the treatment they do not provide. It is not Urgent care. It is No care.

DO NOT USE! It's been a year or so since I visited this establishment. Doctors and staff were ok. A couple of the doctors were not helpful, nor did they listen well to my past history with sinus infections. My biggest complaint was after a few years of using this Urgent Care they send a letter telling me their billing person basically was not doing their job and never billed me correctly. So basically I had to cough up $550. Some of the bills were from 2012. Find another location. Poorly run and there are better Urgent Cares.

This is my first review and it is going to be long. Regret for the same. My 18 months daughter cut her tongue while playing. It was not that deep of a cut.Me and wife were so tensed and rushed to this place. First off, they did not open the doors as the closing timing were change from 10 PM to 9 PM , this was not updated anywhere and we arrived there at 8:55. The staff and doctor saw us standing out in snow and ignored us as if they didnt see us. The after standing out for 5 mins the lady at front desk came with a face that no one would feel welcoming, especially a horrified patient. This is totally an unethical hospital for below reasons 1. She did not ask what happened and started the admission process. I know somebody gets offended but there must be ways to ask the patient. 2. The nurse who admitted us. Didnt check anything (litterally) , she asked us my daughter's height, weight and some of her past history. And told us doctor will be here soon. 3. Then after 10 mins she came and took us to a room.Doctor came after 5 mins there. It was already 40 mins from admission to doctor seeing the patient. By that time my daughter started playing as if nothing happened. 4. Now doctor comes, asks us what happened and say we dont see children who has cut in tongue. What....... . To add to our mental situation at that time . He asked us to go to emergency because he felt it may need stitching...... He said , you have wasted your time by coming here. We dont see such patients, you should have gone to Emergency directly. ----------- On the way to this Urgent care I called up the primary physician and explained him the situation. He told it was common with children and there was nothing to worry. He didnt even wanted us to got a Urgent care for this....... (but i wanted to consult some doctor atleast to hear that "your child is OK" ) and what did the doctor say at Urgent care "GO TO EMERGENCY. SHE MAY NEED STITCHING ON HER TONGUE BECAUSE IT MAY AFFECT THE BRAIN". (I am not an expert in Medical science, but our primary physician dint not agree with his statement and felt bad that we had to go through such situation) I would never ever go to this place and would not recommend it, dont know how good are these doctors but feel like nobody wanted attend a patient properly
