I have been seeing this doctor roughly about 16 years. The one lady that works there is so rude and I finally stood up for myself and told her I wasn't going to be talked down to. I called doctor Rowe to address this problem to get this problem resolved by leaving a voicemail. The very next day with a FedEx Express package saying he resigned me as a patient instead of calling me to address my concern like a professional doctor should have. I have very bad allergies and asthma. He said if I had a problem to go to the ER. You are a specialist and know I have bad asthma and should not disregard my concerns. If you want to shut down your practice that's fine, but don't treat patients poorly. I would not recommend this Allergist to anyone. Do not go here. Stay away from this business. If you want to be treated with respect you should avoid Dr. Rowe at all cost and go someplace else.

If you want to be yelled at by the receptionist and talked down to - this is the place for you.   A one star is too much!  It's too bad because Doctor Rowe is so nice and such a good doctor, but his office help are horrible.  The older gentleman is nice but the ladies in the office are just rude.  I do not know how Dr. Row puts up with this is.  I tried to tell him about the receptionist at my visit, but he said they already let this girl go, but Julie is still there?

Went to Dr. Rowe for several years. Had to get use to his sarcastic comments each time my family saw him. I don't normally write reviews but I felt I had to write this one after seeing many other patients make comments here and see that I wasn't the only one wanting to voice our opinion. To make a long story short his office manager Julie is one of the worst people I have ever had to deal with in a medical setting. She is very rude and very unprofessional. She is incompetent in her job and is very defensive.   There is no other way to describe her. Everyone working at that office is on pins and needles around her. Not the kind of place you want to go to and have to deal with this unprofessional behavior.  It is unfortunate that Dr.  Rowe would feel the need to keep someone like her working there. I left there after some very harsh treatment and it's a shame that when I left there they lost three patients. Their loss, not ours. We will never be going back there again. There are far better offices to go to. Look around. Don't settle for this place.

Went to this allergist when I was younger and he was a great doctor.  However, my experience with his office today was upsetting. 

I walked into the office with a water bottle and the woman at the front desk scolded me demanding that I "take THAT outside IMMEDIATELY before signing in". I took my water outside as if it was a weapon came back in weirded out and confused and signed in. 

Then she asked me to pay my copay before the appointment then she actually yelled at me for not knowing what the copay would be which was terrifying. All of this before she even knew what my insurance policy was. Didn't even get to see the doctor. I was so offended by her poor behavior I just told her I'd just find another doctor.

I will also note that there were zero patients in the office.

I have been seeing Dr. Rowe for 10+ years now.  I agree with some to the others who have posted comments; at times his staff has not been as friendly as they could be, though I have no problems with his current staff.   That said he is the best Allergist around.

I saw my prior allergist for 20+ years.  He was fine and I recommended him to many people who had excellent results.  The catch was my past Dr had an assembly line going whenever you would come in to get your shots.  I didn't think anything of it because it seemed to work.  I switched to Dr Rowe because he was closer to my home and midway between home and work.  First thing he did was increase the dosage on my shots on a privet appointment basis with no assembly line.  In less then a year he had me completely off shots and feeling better then I ever have.
