I have been going to Urmi since I was 12 years old . I am 25 now and for 13 years I haven't found anyone to do my eyebrows as good as her. She also pierced my nose , gave me facials and bikini wax ... I just love her . I moved to Dallas,Texas and will still catch a flight home to get my eyebrows threaded . She is amazing !

Don't waste your time or money! The only word I can use to describe this place is HORRIBLE! The older lady pulled skin off my both of my eyebrows and I had to instruct the young girl on how to do my eyelashes! I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy

I would give them zero starts if I could. If the owner of the salon does not know how to do eyebrows, what makes her staff qualified? Her staff ruined my eyebrows, and Urmi stepped in but ended up ruining my eyebrows and making them 2 obviously different shapes. No apology no refund. She was talking about me in her language to the other workers (how rude!. She left right away to avoid give me my refund. LAST TIME I WILL EVER GO HERE! Only Anu knows how to do eyebrows (but she's gone) and the rest of the ladies here are unprofessional, they don't know what they are doing. If you love your eyebrows do not I repeat do NOT go here. Horrible business and extremely unprofessional.

I always have excellent experience at this salon. Anu is absolutely amazing at her work and is very proffessional. This is why I drive all the way to Orland Park to get my brows and lip done! I always call in advance and arrange an appointment to when she is at the salon. She threads my eyebrows perfectly! The salon is always very neat, and clean which I also appreciate! Thank you for the awesome service..Heba ❤️
