Really enjoyed my massage. Room was quiet and very relaxing. Looks much nicer on the inside than outside. Management- I would change the outside signage...makes the place look cheap, need more elegant signage ....just a thought :)

This was the best massage I ever received. The atmosphere was soothing, all of the staff were wonderful and my therapist Ly'Vashia was patient and professional. She consistently asked how the pressure was and if everything was going fine. I really appreciated that. I will be returning soon!!!

This place was a nightmare from the moment I walked in. They had me scheduled on the WRONG day. Dan lied and said he would never schedule a Groupon customer on a Saturday. My friend who also had a Groupon was already getting her massage. After I called him out on lying. He started reading names from his planner asking me who my friend was. Him and an Asian lady never apologized for the inconvenience. Instead Dan said I already received 50% by purchasing through Groupon. 
The woman approved for me to go ahead with my massage by rudely saying, "give it to her" as she walked away. 
The massage was HORRIBLE. They only have me 60 minutes and that was torture. I was close to just ending the session. My last straw was when the massage therapist led me to the Men's restroom for my steam shower.

DAN is the worst professional I have ever had an experience with. 

I had a certificate to this establishment and decided to use it for severe back pain I've been having. They were unable to take me as a walk in so the lady quickly scheduled me for the next day. Unfortunately about an hour before the massage I had a family emergency and called to reschedule. DAN answered my call and told me it was unacceptable and I am 100% responsible for payment of the service.

Since I have an aunt who has been a massage therapist for years I knew this was completely ridiculous. I explained how upset I was with this and he actually YELLED AT ME. He referred to me first as "mam" and then said " KYLIE , you need to understand that you are responsible for the time slot . I DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR FAMILY".

Needless to say - I will NEVER visit this establishment especially after reading other HORRID reviews about DAN and the way he treats people who are trying to relax
