This is the absolute worst online experience I have had with any car dealership. I am interested in more than three or four vehicles you may have for sale and if you don't have them at your particular location in Columbus you know how can I can check it out are you going to ship in three or four cars for me. I'm quite sure I speak for a lot of others customers out there, the RETAIL PRICE which your company chooses not to post, the year,the miles, and condition will determine if you're going to purchase that vehicle it's not always going to be a particular make and model. There are thousands upon thousands of vehicles out there for sale and this major inconvenience and just a total difficult process from US Auto Sales has made me look elsewhere to purchase my daughter and myself vehicles.

Thank you this reviews I almost made a mistake on buying a car from these people.
I called and ask for a price and I was told that they don't have access to the price only mangers.

Weird.

i recently purchased a 2015 nissan versa note and this is the best car iv ever bought and the customer service has been excellent i havent had one problem with them. of course they dont give prices over the phone if your to lazy to go to the dealership and look around and ask for prices then you obviously dont need a car!!!!!!!!!!!
