Best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a dealership!! They were SO professional while still keeping the mood light and friendly. Came here last week with my husband looking for a second car  and they treated us like VIPs! We were greeted by a salesperson almost right away and told him we were just looking and he didn’t stalk us around the lot like the guy at the last place we went to did. We couldn’t find anything we liked but they didn’t try to be pushy or force us to buy something like most salespeople do. They were very understanding and even told me they’d call me first if they got the car I was looking for in! Lowest prices I’ve seen on some of these vehicles we were really impressed but upset we couldn’t find the car we wanted. We will be back and refer our friends. Budget is best!!

Great experience  at budget  car & truck.  Nice greeting  helpful  sales representative  and staff  everybody  waited on us with courtsey. Help us to buy a clean beautiful  car with low mileage  like we were looking for and we got a warranty  with it. I think we got a great car from budget car sales  would buy from them again

I purchased a vehicle from Budget cars sales just about a year ago. The budget team and staff came in on Sunday to service me. Assad Lowe remembered me and greeted me as family. His staff was just as professional from my first visit. Since I was in the market to buy again Budget Car Sales was my first choice. They are military friendly and support our Soldiers and family, thats a plus when Columbus is. Onsidered a military town. I would recommend Budget Car and Truck sales to anyone who is looking for a great dependable car and staff of professional who will go that extra mile for them to ensure they have a great buying experience.
