Mike was extremely helpful not only finding the perfect car for me in my price range he also helped me find insurance that I could afford with the best coverage.  Also did not pressure me but allowed me to find better financing through a local credit union.  When I was ready to purchase he came in on his day off and in the meantime set me up with Chad who was also extremely helpful and knowledge about the my new to me car and CarMax company history and values.  The next week I decided to return to CarMax to sell my old vehicle because I knew it would be quick, painless, fair and legal.   This is my second purchase from CarMax.  My first car I purchased at the Birmingham location 12 years ago!  My bible study friends love the oil changes from CarMax so I will be back to try out the service.   Extremely grateful for the help that Chad and especially Mike gave me.  This was a very smooth and painless transaction!

My husband and I recently purchased a car from here. To say we had a wonderful experience is an understatement. The gentleman that showed us cars let us just walk around and look. He never tried to "sell" us a car. He was knowledgeable and very kind. After we picked the car for us they helped us get everything settled. We are PCSing to Germany soon so they helped us get financed with a lender that would allow us to take it. Over all great experience and would recommend to anyone.

Great place to buy a car. My sales person (Meredith) was so wonderful and detailed. She was so courteous of my needs. I really wished we could have done business together. Oh well...maybe one day!

Recently helped my daughter, a first time buyer, with the whole car buying experience. Our first time to CarMax started with their website which was current with inventory on the lot. Called for an appointment with Yari, a professional sales person who also trains others at CarMax. The entire process was friendly, no pressure and customer focused. From the no-haggle pricing, test drive, car on hold (while we decided overnight), on paper out-the-door sales offer, our trade appraisal, financing options (repeat first time buyer!) to the sale close and yellow ribbon ceremony at delivery. My daughter had a car buying experience like I never had. You need to check out this place for your next used car.

This place should be called CareMax. I bought my car last month and will never forget the great experience I had when I got it. Thanks to Brandon, he was the most professional, honest, and polite sales person I ever met. The whole staff was interested in making sure my car purchase was a great experience. I drove home in my brand new baby completely satisfied.
