These people are a bunch of bureaucratic busy bodies. The only difference between an IRS agent and a street criminal is that they have the holy permission of politicians to steal for a living. If you work here, please quit your job and find something productive to do for an income.

This is my second time going. The first time there was 1 min left until closing and a rep said she can't even print out a paper for me. The second time I go for a verification letter for school a rep tells me I have to call and make an appointment after June 15... Just for a piece of paper. They aren't helpful, and they give you an attitude. Waste of time! You spend money on parking and time drivingdriving.. in the end you go home frustrated with nothing!
