Having difficulty in talking anyone at the Jayhawk post office.  First time on 1/18, game my cell number and was told of a call back within a hour.  No call back.  I tried 3 more times yesterday and each time I would have to stay on the line for at least an hour. Today the wait time to stay on is an hour and a half.  Who has time for this service. Just trying totalk about some mail that we are not receiving. Really disappointed.

I ordered a package from Amazon, which they used USPS as the carrier for. That fact made not too happy already considering they always have issues at this post office it seems. Well the postman decided because they forgot the key to my apartment building, they would instead deliver it to the office, but they deliver it to the office of a apartment complex a couple blocks away.....seriously where does it say if you cannot get into a building deliver to another complex? So I call the post office, and tell the lady who answered how it said it was delivered to the office, but I went down to our office and it was closed this day. So where I'd my package? Low and behold they had knowledge of the fact that they had delivered it to the wrong place and made it sound like it was no big deal. No words of apology or anything, even though they made a horrible choice to deliver it to the wrong place. So, she had the driver go pick up the package and instead of offering to the driver deliver it to my apartment, she told me that I would need to come pick it up. I drove down to the post office and walk in and have to stand in line for almost 35 minutes, because they have one person at the desk and someone sending out what seemed to be about 40-50 envelopes, you can see people walking around in the back as the line starts to stretch to the door, finally the lady who I spoke of came to the front and started to help and gave me my package, still no apology for all the trouble. As much as I would like to say they will not get my services anymore, I have no choice in that since they are the post office and all mail goes through them, worst experience I have ever had to deal and the employee s are kind of rude and irresponsible people.

Mailed about 350 letters and noticed at the end some didn't have stamps. Went in and Rick came out to help me go through the others to make sure I didn't miss any. He was super kind and I appreciated his help

It has a self-service kiosk  (if the line is too big, and you're in a hurry!), human help as well, and they're friendly to boot :-)
