The  old branch postal workers at the branch itself are completely horrible.  (Or at least the lady we felt with) I have edited this review because for a 3rd time in a row same thing happened.  Ordered something and requested hold at post office.  The individual behind counter asked if I had a tag.  Took 15 minutes to clearly explain no I requested from my buyer that it was to be held.   She goes back oh it’s not there it’s out for delivery.  2 out of these three times we requested a supervisor.  SHOCKER the supervisor found it .  Even the sup said this last time all the worker had to do was to ask the carrier.   Lazyness follows by ineptitude = the branch workers.   Never having anything held again here.

One of the worst post offices I’ve ever experienced.  If you are going in to the office to drop off a letter, or buy stamps, they do just fine, they can handle that.  If you are doing ANYTHING else, they cannot handle it.  My mail carrier doesn’t check the mailbox for outgoing mail (and I hang the letters outside of the mailbox). Letters I send from home do not get delivered, or take 2+ weeks to get to where they should be going, and I only send letters inside of NJ. I sent a letter on the 2nd of March, and they still have not received it, and today is the 12th. I’ve lived in numerous other locations and have never had this type of a problem.  Every month I am receiving new calls, with new reasons why I owe extra late fees due to this postal service.  I once tried to call them during business hours and the phone rang for 20 minutes. I finally drove there and didn’t understand why no one was answering the phone. Supposedly the manager was on the phone with someone and they don’t have call waiting? I hope they step their game up, because I don’t see them staying open for very long with this type of service.

Absolutely the worst! The only more annoying than their automated phone system is their walk-in customer service. The only positive thing I can say is my mailman is great.

Package on tracking stated it was delivered, however it was never delivered. It saying “Old Bridge”. Tried calling and was left on hold for 35 minutes. I guess I’ll stop at their office tomorrow to discuss but this is disappointing.

FYI, this is my first ever review. Never complaint but this is outrageous.

The mail carriers are the worst I put mail in my box with the flag up and if i don't get incoming  mail they dont take my out going mail! They SUCK! Negative 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
