I've gone here about 30 times and maybe 1 / 30 did I get bad service. The rest of the times were very smooth and people were very helpful. I saw 2 students walk in with a small "robot" that they wanted to ship to a competition (no box, no nothing), and the people here JUST HELPED. Found them a box. Packaged it. These kids had no idea what they were doing. Top notch.

I went at around 3pm and there was no queue, so it was quick. The staff was nice albeit hasty, I think it deserves more than the 2 star review, at least from this personal experience.

Incompetent service. I've been here on more than 10 separate occasions. The staff always moves slowly and there are always long lines. The desk often closes much earlier than the building, so operating hours are inconsistent and incorrect. The alley the building sits in always smells like urine.

Very small post office, just a bit removed from the street so it might be hard to see at first. Street parking only. Clean and well stocked when every time I've been in. Staff is efficient and professional. Getting people in and out as fastest possible is there main goal so don't expect a long friendly conversation.

I was there on a Friday, 1 pm, and just waited five minutes. The staff was helpful and quick. No complaints. 

2nd visit on a Monday, 1:48 pm. Waited for five minutes and then got quick and good help. I can't understand all the bad reviews.
