There is a lot of bad reviews here, Although I can't understand why. This is where I shipped my first package from, And the clerk was super helpful and friendly, And I even go here sometimes before my package gets sent out for delivery to just pick the package up from the USPS. They're perfectly fine with it, And my packages always get delivered. To the other reviewers, Maybe they should install some security cameras. I always get my packages and on time, to even early sometimes. I really don't have any complaints for this store, And I have been to way worse USPS offices.

Repeatedly have mail and packages go missing, and never being found. This includes various prescription medications. I actually believe they lose more of the mail than they successfully deliver.

Constant issues with getting mail delivered, complaints seem to show no improvement. Very disappointed in the quality of service.

Customer service is really bad,they are not nice.my mail person leaves the mail box door open and my mail is always damp or wet when it's raining

Horrible service dealing with any issues.  Constantly have mail and packages not delivered.  When you talk to them nothing gets done and calls don't get returned.
