The woman with the short dark hair and I think glasses was very rude. First she told me the post office could hold my package and she would call me when it was ready to be picked up. I went back later to pick it up and she said she couldn’t give it to me and that I would have to call another post office. I did, and they also could not understand why I couldn’t receive my package when I asked for it. Usually, I don’t have trouble with this post office but that lady is super super rude. She needs to retire.

To give them some credit, the post master did at least speak to me about the mail that got misdelivered, and was polite and knowledgable. My friend to whom I mailed the package lives on one of those older properties - it's a property with two houses, same address, but one is "rear" and the other is "front." She has had problems with the front house stealing her mail and threatening her, so I got her a flashlight tazer so she might feel less stressed just walking to her car. I mailed it with signature confirmation to ensure she was home to sign for it/they couldn't leave it on her porch to get stolen again. The reason we know it was those neighbors is because they leave the boxes the stolen mail came from in their trash can or outside their door, which is kind of comical but still totally rude that they steal their neighbors' mail. Silly me forgot that mail delivery places get temp drivers during the holidays, which means more mistakes get made. The mail got delivered to the front house, and a resident there signed for it. We know that because "rear" was not written in the signature, meaning it was delivered somewhere on the property - two choices, and the intended recipient in the rear house didn't receive it, so the logical answer is that it was delivered to the front house. Okay, mistakes happen. I called about it, and of course got a very apologetic and polite response. However, not a very helpful one. The postmaster said he would call the mail delivery guy filling in for the normal mail lady and have him identify who the mail was delivered to. He specifically said that it would happen within the next day or two after I called. 3 weeks later, that still hadn't happened, so of course even if he had called the guy to identify one or the other, he wouldn't have been able to remember that late. My friend got fed up and filed a police report, and the police eventually talked to the postmaster, who apparently said that the most likely answer is that my friend or her husband signed for it and forgot about it. Riiiiiiiiiiight. Forget about a package your overly-excitable friend you've had for 28 years has been raving about and making sex jokes about for over a week... I mean, I'd like to think that's not a likely explanation. And if you've ever been in a similar situation, you know how helpful the police are at actually solving petty crimes. Of course, nothing got done except a written record of the happenings. "Give it back." "I don't have it." "Okay, bye. *Turns to us* Sorry guys, nothing we can do." My conclusion is that he's covering his @$$ since he has more at stake for his office's mistakes than my $40, and there is no way I'm ever seeing the money I spent on the product and its shipping back. Yes, this is a biased review based on one event (I'll let her write reviews for the other events), so take it with a grain of salt, but I'm definitely shipping through a different company if I ship to her again at all before those neighbors move, maybe FedEx, or directly through Amazon since they actually care about their customers (for now, anyway, wait ten years and they may be just as bad).
