For a federal building they are friendlier than the Social Security Administration quick and knowledgeable staff easy do it yourself mailing options purchase options PO Boxes same day delivery options anything you can think of in regards to United States Postal service's processing of male gets done in this very office and gets done efficiently and effectively

We've been going to this post office for a long time.  We frequently send mail and packages abroad and are always greeted warmly by the staff who have come to recognize us.  We've gotten all three of our children's' passports processed here, with no complaints.  Even when we forgot documents, the employee was extremely kind and supportive, chatting with our kids until my husband could return with the items.  I've never had a bad experience here.

Horrible experience with the post office. We have a house that has 2 doors on the front of the house.  One door is clearly the FRONT door, while the other door is a side door that is not convenient to get to to. The Postal Guy walks in front of our front door every day to put the mail in the mailbox. Today he tried to deliver a package and knocked on the side door instead of the front and left a cannot deliver package slip. My wife went to the post office and the manager yelled at her and saying we were in the wrong for not having the mailbox in a certain location even though we rent the house. She would not help us get the package and told my wife to come back tomorrow to try to get the package then. WTF is that horseshit.

I was happy with the customer service when I visited this post office around midday. But considering the volume of customers, it might be better to have another employee at the counter. The facility itself is bright & clean. The parking lot is situated close to a fairly busy intersection at Durham Rd. & Edgely, and I would recommend being careful when exiting the lot.
