One of the employees there (older lady) is extremely unhelpful. I have even called and complained. Ofcourse, nothing happened- dinasour legacy. Good location but unhelpful and unfriendly staff.

Really bad survice, not helping AT ALL

Having been given incorrect information about posting an item internationally (that I knew was wrong from posting previous items and looking on the website) I was told by the rude, unhelpful, obstinate employee to let him do his "J-O-B". I have had experiences like this on repeated occasions at this post office, particularly with this rude little man. I even turned up once to find he had shut the post office in the middle of the day! There was a postal manager standing banging on the door trying to get in! Unbelievable. Terrible service.

Nothin could've prepped me for the high level of customer service at this branch. "Be" behind the desk was an angel. A star. A sweet mirage. What a wonderful employee. Wouldn't post anywhere else. Respect
