The Supervisor was professional and very fast to help me when my package was missing and showed it had been delivered and signed for. I filed a complaint with the postmaster and was contacted the next day. She found the package. On the converse, the younger mail carriers from this Office are very lazy and unprofessional.

I couldn't get my package because address was diffrent on box, I'm fine let's get the redeliver..  I never received it, then closing at 12 on Sat you would think it would of been here... rude ppl at the desk, they need to restaff.

Unfortunately I have the same negative  experience.  And  the supervisor is just the worst.  You can't expect  good customer  service from workers when their superior is just as bad.  Simply  ridiculous the way they speak to people.   I do customer service  for a living  and I would never  speak to any of my passengers  the way these people  address others.  It's very simple,  if you don't like what you're doing move on....Or go in the back and sort the mails so the people with great personalities and good customer service can be exposed.

People who are rude nasty people here do not care about the public at all. your mail is opened or destroyed a lot of the time.  close this place down

Bad customer service at the front desk older lady is very ruled to customers I was there and she was very bad to three person , this is very bad ,she need to not be at the front desk as customers service ,I don't know how she got that job , she need to be in the mail room,she have bad attitude to people,
