I've never been treated more unprofessionally. These people will tell you anything to get you off the phone or out of the door.  Our mail carrier delivered important docs to our mailbox that has a lock on it (we are waiting for a key and I was told it would take 7-10 days) and they say there isn't anything they can do to get my mail. I was told "It's really not our fault you moved so maybe talk to your landlord." The way the Supervisor, Earl, was treating me was very disrespectful and uncalled for. I will be sending my packages to work from now on because these people do not care about their customers.

Please just close this location.  Its awful. I drive to lexington to do my business anymore.  The Nicholasville location is a joke.

been living in Nicholasville for 17 years and I've learned not to count on the local USPS.  They leave packages on top of mail box, we constantly get our neighbors mail, and if they are in a hurry they will not stop and pick up outgoing mail.   We take our mail to Lexington to be processes if it's improtant. Very disappointed in their service. Once or twice a week we have to walk the street delivering the mail that they have messed up.

I'd like to put no stars. I just moved here and have been in the hospital, because I just had my son. I come home and check my mail to find a crappy note saying my mailbox has been blocked and they have sent all my mail back to senders. I've been expecting important mail due to my daughter starting school , and the process of moving down here. Didn't see the note until after close, I will not be happy when I go up there to see them. This ridiculous and unprofessional.  Nicholasville post office you all are horrible at your job. The first time you seen my box blocked I should of got a warning. Not hold my mail hostage.

Going to the facility is usually pretty good, but try to get a package delivered by the postal carriers here is ridiculous!  They are overpaid and don't do their jobs!  If they have to get out to drop a package forget about it.  Then they send it back to Lexington for them to sort out and it takes an additional two days to get what should've been a 2-day delivery to begin with!  ....and no, even though it is within a stone's throw, you cannot go pick it up yourself!  Ridiculous, horrible service, but it certainly sheds light on why they are about to go belly up!
