I have been calling now for a couple of days and various times. Phone just rings and rings till it hangs up. If they don't answer phones why list a number? Just say no phone service Available. I dropped off a package over a Week ago and still not showing up in tracking system. Not sure what's going on but was something I purchased and it was damaged. They won't send replacement until they receive it back. I can't even get ahold of anyone to talk to! Need to figure out what happened?

I turned in a change of address form before I moved from Maywick View in Gardenside on Dec 1st. In mid-December I seemed to be missing mail, so I went back and found about 2 dozen letters delivered after I moved. Then somebody else moved in, so I asked the new residents to call if they got any other mail. They called once, and I got about 2 dozen more letters. Since then I have had numerous problems including an insurance policy that was cancelled because it was several weeks past the deadline, some income tax forms which my CPA  is missing for doing my income tax, one Discover Card bill for February, and one Master Card bill, also for February which I have not seen yet.

This is quite possibly the worst post office ever. Usps is already bad enough with late or damaged packages and does anyone answer the phone there.

It seems like a lot of the negative feedback stems from them not answering the phone.. Usually when I go there, there is only 2 or 3 workers there.. Which would explain why they wouldn't be able to answer your calls when YOU would want to.. Anyways I had a pleasant experience here. A man name Keith helped me send a package over someone who was buying an item from me off eBay. This was my first time sending a package but he was very polite and helped me, initially, I failed to tell him that the shipping label I purchased was only for an envelope instead of a medium box (He had taped and packaged the box already), and when he found this out he did not change moods, he politely and nicely unpackaged it and repacked my item into an envelope. It is hard to find genuine customer service and I am glad he was able to help me out in a kind, efficient way. Hey USPS! If you are reading this review give Mr. Keith a raise!!

They never answer the phone. They must put it off the hook so they don't have to answer.
