Friendly and helpful staff. The hours are set so that people can come in during their lunch break. Duh.

They often close early. I came in at 4:28 (couldn't get there any earlier) and the gate was already closed and they refused to help me. Very poor service.

Very nice people that work inside but very slow during busy times. Also hours are not convenient at all I have your buy my stamps else where other wise I would have to take vacation from my job just to make it there on open hours.
