Worst employees by far. Every employee there is incredibly rude of no reason not to mention they love to rob you by up-charging you. I even resorted to printing my labels online and started dropping off my packages, but still have experienced offensively rude service when just dropping stuff off!! It’s unbelievable. Please just fire them and rehire better people already because they are just miserable and unappreciative of their pretty good paying job positions.
Sent mail 11/15 and left facility 11/25. I paid for tracking so I was able to know hold up.
Staff is always helpful even when it gets busy.
one of my packages were lost via ups mail innovations and i had a claim put in for it. this post office was very rude did not help me at all with my claim. they didn’t even contact me my preferred way for the claim update. they argued me down when i was explaining to them the problem and wouldn’t listen to my side. i doubt i’ll receive the package because the same thing happened in december with another one of my packages and yet i’ve received it.
Amazing Service! The man that helped us out was so helpful and nice!! Thank you! His name started with a D and he was a tall gentleman. He definitely made our USPS much better! Merry Christmas!
If I could give less I would. Sent my mom a smart watch. They opened the box and took it.
I send out a lot of packages and this place is so slow at scanning then; if they even decide to. I’ve lost sales because of this place... but don’t even bother trying to contact them because they do not respond. Plus, my mail gets delivered to incorrect addresses even though my correct address in on the item and I get random people mail. Now more recently, I saw the mail carrier take my 2 packages to the wrong building, put them back in the truck and marked my packages as delivered! So she can’t read the address correctly and falsified scanning data?! What the heck is going on!??!
One month I don’t get my card bank I order 2 still not received
Still haven’t received my package from 3 weeks ago!! I’ve had 4 different cases opened on it That have NOT been resolved, spoke to “representatives”, went to the post office myself, stopped my mailman, called the west side annex, and no one seems to know where my package is 3 weeks later. This is just completely unacceptable!! I’ve never had a problem out of USPS until now.
I was at this location September 3, 2019, to mail a return item back to the vendor. I did not have any packaging and only the return USPS label sent to me by the vendor. I walked in and waited less than thirty seconds when one of the female postal employees summoned me over to her counter position to help me. She retrieved an express mail padded envelope from her work area and a protective clear sleeve to put the return label in, and proceeded to package up the return item. In a very nice way, she advised me on how to do exactly what she was doing, and even wrote down the USPS website link for free packaging. I did not know you could get free packaging from the USPS !! The woman that helped me was so helpful and friendly that I looked for her name badge to remember her name. Unfortunately, I forgot her name. When I got home, I set up a USPS profile and ordered the free packaging. Great customer service at this USPS location.
