These are the people you complain to when your local post office does a crap job delivering mail and packages. I unfortunately dealt with a devil woman named Leila who said I was miserable for being upset at a package that was carelessly left in the hallway and stolen. The driver couldn't walk 1 flight of steps to deliver it properly. These people are crap never in my life have i dealt with such selfish people who don't care about anyone's belongs. They should all be fired every single one of them

Should improve their customer’s service like ASAP. All I wanted to do was to send a package to optimum wireless to return the equipment, why did it get complicated, I just don’t know. The woman who helped me assumed that we are all working in the USPO and we understand all the terms. Ended well, took too long.

Worst service ever.  
I ordered a small box and under tracking everything was fine until it went to the White Plains Sorting Facility. There was a VERY Rude ghetto Lady who kept repeating the same line and not helping whatsoever. Later that same day I went to the Facility and the same Lady was giving me an attitude because 'she was up all night'. If your gonna have drama Queens working sorting mail with valuable products within. I will never use usps ever agian. It's been a almost a week and I still haven't received my package that was a 2day express...

Worst experience with a post office ever. I have a piece of mail that was lost at their distribution facility. I called to ask them to help me locate my mail which happens to be a  check. The woman who answered the phone was the rudest most unprofessional person I have spoke with in my life. This is the same woman who has garnered your post office 5 negative reviews and how she has retained her job is beyond me every other post office I talked to was helpful in helping track down the various locations that my mail went through as I am forced to try to track down the lost mail myself. Short of calling me  a liar she told me that no post offices would have given me the help they did. Well then how did I get her number and back track the mail from NH to your facility??

You should he ashamed that you allow such a rude volatile employee to remain in her position.
