Went here to submit a passport application on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn't very crowded but my wait time was close to an hour. There were 2 families ahead of me and one of them hadn't filled out anything prior to arriving, hence the long wait. Once I was called, it took me all of 5 minutes. Dion, the lady working the passport area, was great. Very nice, patient, and personable to all the customers. She explains everything regarding your passport application, necessary documents, fees, and expedited and non-expedited delivery options. With all the bad reviews I was hesitant to go here but my experience was not bad at all. Minus the long wait, the process itself went very smoothly. My advice is to visit the passport website travel.state.gov and have your paperwork and documents prepared before you get there. FYI, if they have to make any copies for you it's $1 per copy and passport photos are $15 if you need to have one taken there. I copied all of my documents at home and took my photo at CVS which was a little cheaper. They accept cash, check, money order, and credit cards. Go in prepared and your visit should go smoothly.

Ridiculously rude , sarcastic and bossy. The passport lady was ok but my contact with her was brief. At the actual post office desk the Older Ladies are condescending and aggressively rude. Had I not needed to get my passport renewal done with out any retaliation I would have definitely walked out. Who the hell do they think they are. We are paying customers and should be treated in a professional manner. Get rid of them all and replace them with KIOSKS. I probably would give them negative stars as the interaction was all negative.

Division fraud in Nebraska? You decide. You NEED to audit the Omaha Nebraska USPS sort facility. You have workers there sorting mail to other towns where it should NOT be going. These parcels have almost similar names or zip codes and instead they are sending priority mail that has tracking numbers, and even important bills to the WRONG towns where people are located at. EVEN when the packages DO have correctly written postal information such as the Zip code and mailing address. Your sorters in Omaha Nebraska are NOT doing their jobs period. We've had hundreds of letters and packages going to a different town. It is time for an audit of Omaha Nebraska and some firing. 

You guys are going to have to put in an automated email service. Most people don't want to write letters anymore to the post master.

I usually only rate restaurants and bars. But I had the most pleasant time I've ever had in any post office here at this location. The women behind desks and counters were great and polite, and the security guards on the first floor were just as pleasant. I usually hate post offices. Great experience here.

If these people go thru drug test... everybody will loose their jobs. I'm still dealing with a package that suppose to be delivered 5 days ago and nobody can really figure out what's going on. Everybody has their own story to tell and it never matches up with the previous person. Muahahhahhahha
