I have paid $23 to guarantee delivery of an envelop. When I go online to track it, it says it's at Kearny. It's been there now since 6/29. No change on the status since then. Total disaster! I should have used Fedex or UPS. Big mistake. What a nightmare!

This place is unfortunately a common sorting facitily for new England. Every time a package gets sent here, it stays there for 1 to 3 days. I wouldn't mind if it was just 1 time or even 2. But this is EVERY TIME. I paid for expedited shipping but why bother if this place can't sort things efficiently. When pakages are sent via another sorting facility it's never a problem, so I know it this place.

Not all is bad. After reading reviews I was frightened at first, but it came on time. The package was not departure scanned so it seemed like it was there longer than it was.

I paid $6.65 to have an envelope containing important papers from NC to NY on Friday May 12, 2017. It has yet to be delivered! I have called, written and emailed several times. Got thru to my local PO and destination PO, both said, "we'll get back to you" and have NOT! AND they will NOT refund my money. If I put a 45 cent stamp on it it would have gotten there by now. I'm using UPS or FedEx ground from now on!

My package was transferred through this facility and it was delayed here for 2 days. This is obviously a common occurrence for this sorting facility so chose a different one if you want your package delivered on time.
