I had the same mail lady for 10 years. She was great always saying hello. Always in a good mood and always willing to go above an beyond for her customers. She even help push our car out of a ditch in the winter. This place does have some great employees.

I had an appointment to get both my son and I passports and the gentlemen that is head of doing the passports was not only rude but completely clueless is updated regulations for obtaining a new passport. I had an official certified copy from the state where my son was born and he jumped straight to insisting that the only acceptable birth certificate was the original with a raised seal. Which is WRONG.. if he did his homework, which isn't hard because it information you can find online, a official certified copy is accepted with a RAISED, EMBOSSED or MULTI-COLORED SEAL. Not just raised but either of the two, which the certified copy does have. It's fine because I don't plan on giving them any business, they need to make sure that their employee doing the passports brushes up on the new regulations and fixes his attitude.

Zero Stars if the website would let me. I live at the top of the hill and sometimes we don't get our mail,  like today, however, it was a postal mail truck that just delivered a package to my neighbors house two doors away, it was the very same mail truck that stopped in front of my house to get herself situated before delivering the package. My neighbor lives at the top of the very same hill, Where the hell is my mail?  NO EXCUSES!  If one mail truck can deliver mail at the top of the hill then where is the lazy carrier that can't deliver it to my house?  I'll be in touch with the post master general.

No frills just hello what are we shipping today. I like it just get in get it shipped get out. Well this place beats Sanford and Springvale. So sad I have to leave the state to ship Priority Mail. Sanford and Springvale cannot get a box to it's intended destination in any reasonable time. 7-10 days seems to be Maine's ability.

I had 2 parcels coming, one was to come on the 24th. The mail carrier never beeped (which in the past the carrier did) or left a slip. I received a notice from Amazon, where I bought the item telling me that USPS missed me. Which is inaccurate since I was home. I went to USPS site & asked for a redeliver for the 27th. I asked for the carrier to beep & I would come to the mailbox to get it. On the 26th not the 27th the carrier tried to deliver while I wasn't home. I received a slip from the carrier stating "No place to put parcel, stairs not shoveled." This is not true because the stairs are shoveled. Plus, I asked for redeliver on the 27th because I would be home. So this morning the 27th at 10:30 a.m. I get am e-mail from amazon stating that the second package couldn't be delivered for the same reason. Mind you the mail carrier didn't come until 2:00 p.m. I taped a letter to the mail box asking the carrier "Please beep upon arrival & I will come to you, please give me time to get to you I live on the second floor." We hear the mail truck pulling up, my husband jumps up & gets downstairs as fast as he can & she's already gone. She pulled away as fast as she came, leaving a slip "Sorry We missed You. (2 parcels are checked off on the slip) I am very unhappy,  she never even attempted to deliver the packages to the door on either day. The packages were for my daughters birthday tomorrow. the 28th. I tried for 15 minutes to get someone on the phone with no luck. The number they gave on the slip keeps being rejected on the redeliver email page. I have to wait until Monday to get to the Post office, which is very inconvenient for me! I'm going to contact the office & report her. She's never been very friendly to begin with ,so I shouldn't have expected any better from her.
