I mailed a package on Saturday for my mom that was supposed to arrive on Wednesday.  She has not received it. I called to ask for help to figure out where the package might be, because the scan goes no where.  I spoke to the Post Master at this location, and she was extremely rude and said that they weren't going to stop what they were doing and try to find my one missing package.  Gee, thanks for the Christmas cheer!

Pathetic excuse for mail service. I was sending a package internationally (which I knew would cost a pretty penny) and had the set rate box and they told me it would be a ridiculous amount...I asked what box I should use and the lady just told me to get the brown boxes. I found them and went through a whole process where I switched out my packaging three freaking times (taking back to weigh and emptying out more each time) with barely any help!! Eventually the lady came out and handed me an envelope, suggesting that it might be better. Wow, couldn’t be bothered to say anything before I wasted three boxes?!  The first time I had walked up to mail the package  I had told her that I’ve never mailed a package this large, which wasn’t very big,  she proceeded to say nothing and just type into her computer… Didn’t offer help didn’t ask about my day or anything no customer service whatsoever.  My package was under 7 pounds, so I thought maybe that’s what is causing the price to go up and eventually she told me that after she handed me the envelope. Just wow.  I ended up putting less than half of what I was originally going to mail to my friend into this  envelope which also was not that big, only for it to cost $10 less than what I was originally going to send…She told me it would only cost me $30 to send. And not as much content in it! I went to the mail man next to her who also  barely said a word to me other than to ask me about fragile‘s or perishables.  I might also add that there was only two other people in there when I was in there, and they weren’t even waiting in line!  I just gave in and paid what they wanted, maybe that’s why they’re so horrible to the customers, so we’ll just give in and pay money.  I will never go through with this post office again,  especially after reading reviews about them losing things, for how much I paid for that package and for them not to care is simply ridiculous.

If I could give this post office a negative star rating, I would. In 16 years and 3 different homes that we have owned in this town, we consistently received and continue to receive mail that belongs to our neighbors. Not just our next door neighbors or across the street neighbors, but  neighbors in the next subdivision or a couple of subdivisions away. While this is inconvenient for us because we always make sure we deliver the mail to where it actually belongs, or place it back in our box with "delivered to address not on envelope", we know that not everyone does this and we seldom receive our own mail. In the many attempts at contacting this post office throughout the years and discussing this issue with them, they have no problem letting us know that they are annoyed by contact with the people they serve in the community, and no intention of taking their continued errors serious. While I try every chance I get to keep connected to family and friends without the use of electronic technology, this post office makes me look forward to the day that the USPS is made obsolete with the complete conversion to email and/or outsourcing to other delivery companies that are much more efficient and have better processes in place to make sure mail is delivered to the location and party it is addressed to.

USPS states they delivered my package to my mailbox but did not deliver anything. I've been attempting for days to get in contact with someone who will help me but half the time they don't answer any calls. No body wants to help. The attitude is just "oh well sorry."

For the fifth time this post office has lost two of my packages.  The tracking information clearly shows it was delivered to them and they lost it...again!  And of course they continue to claim innocence.
