Horrible customer service. Call in, and get put on hold for 25 minutes. The ladies excuse was, "I'm the only one working." She didn't even ask me for the tracking number to my package until I waited for the 25 minutes! She had confirmed that my package was there, but that I could not pick it up. I have a 7 hour drive ahead of me today, but plans are now cancelled due to it inconveniencing her to hold my package. Exactly why no one likes using the USPS.
