Love this post office! I ship a ton out from here almost daily. I have had not one issue with my package making it safely out of this office. (I’ve Only had issues, of any, at the destination addresses) The staff is extremely helpful when i have had questions. Actually, Just got off the phone with one of the lady’s at this PO and she was very helpful and attentive re: a package that was lost 2000 miles away and had nothing to do with her or this post office. She gave me the info I needed to locate the package.. Thank you Bellevue PO for great customer service in our community!

Center of Bellevue: the staffs are great! When we are waiting for our turn, another employee came and tried to speed up the process by asking for any quick drop off.... and plenty of parking along with so many shops around (Staples, Michel's, Great Clips, Pet-smart, Dollar General, Home Depot)

Our mailman left one of two packages that i has ordered today. I don’t know why he can’t get our mail to us correctly. We get mail for another address all the time so now i wonder where my other package is. It says it out for delivery but i don’t have it yet.

Lost packages, late packages, packages crammed in my mailbox damaging them. I've always wondered why the post office (in general) got a bad rap. This branch clarifies it. If they had any competition they'd be DOA. Worthless would be an upgrade.

I've really struggled with this post office. They randomly stopped delivering my mail and then told me I had the wrong address (despite that it's the address on the paperwork of the house I bought) and it's been a huge mess trying to get everything sorted. Still, they are nice and even came out to see the property and made a house call. It can't be an easy job but my roommate got a lot of inappropriate attitude from one or two of the employees. It's the post office so it's not like you can just stop using them, but you may need to do a couple deep breathing exercises before going into this one. However, if you're nice they will be nice back to you. I really think they are doing their best.
