Fast friendly service every time I've been in this post office

I work 8-5 Monday through Friday, they are open 9:30ish to 4:30ish weekdays (depending on their mood it seems) and they are not open at all on weekends... When I've got a package stuck there for pickup with ID only and no way to get there during their ridiculous hours the package gets sent back...

The same postal service person bent another  large envelope that I receive in the mail and stuffed it in my small mail box, I could hardly pull it out.  I also received some large packages that was placed in the large mail box, why couldn't this person put THAT envelope in the big box along with my other boxes?  There was a picture that I did a few months ago that I sent to Unarius and it was returned becuase of postage and this person bent it to put into small mail box. I spoke to the Post Master about it and she was going to let this person know not to bend an envelope when it's has card board, even when it doesn't say Do Not Bend!!!!  I am so upset. If you have any common since, place in larger box with key, trying to force an envelope into the small box is ridiculous.  I will have to talk to the Post Master again!!!!!
