The lady with the short brown hair can go fuck herself. Maybe if this place learned how to move faster and treat their customers with respect, they'd get better reviews. Not like they care anyway. It pains me that Carson residents are forced to use this post office.

Dave is incredibly kind, efficient, and helpful. Dave is always eager to help and displays an excellent attitude. 

Never has a USPS package sent from here been delivered on time. Packages sent from here have taken longer than the expected delivery date, so if you have an urgent package, you might need to seek a different service. I’ve sent packages 2-day priority that have taken anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks to be delivered.

Horrible service, does not care about having happy customers. Which is pretty obvious based off the 1.8 stars.The post office sent all of my holiday packages back to their sender's due to "me moving". I have never submitted anything stating a move or had any problems during the regular shipping season. I assume they were too busy and couldn't handle the workload. I went into the office and attempted to get a explanation or refund for over $100 My family had spent on sending packages and they were of no help with either, and acted as if somehow this was my fault. Will be switching to private party carriers who care about their customers. There's a reason USPS hemorrhages money every year.

worst ever  its taking them 12 days 4 a package that was shiped on the 10th 2 get 2 las vegas r u serious  dont use them 2 ship media mail  or any thing like that there the worst and in sted of going 2 lv they went through California  wth Las Vegas is 6 hours away  u couldn't just fly it over or have  some one of your big trucks deliver it there  i think im going 2 use a different carier next time i have a package 2 deliver it smh f there was a way i could have this a zero star i would

I have always loved this post office. It's always clean and I like that it's spacious enough that you're not breathing down the persons neck in front of you because you're crammed in. The employees have always been more than helpful and I am always greeted with smiling, friendly faces. I have had this as my main post office for years. They delivered my mail to my street address in Carson for years and now I have a P.O. Box there. Never a lost package and always right on time. I also love the self-service kiosk.

Note to the lady that gave 1 star regarding the self service kiosk ~ You gave 1 star because you were upset the employee wouldn't give you your stamps without proving you purchased them. I don't know what business wouldn't make you prove you purchased your item, and it turns out you didn't even get charged for them! It just seems like you didn't use the kiosk correctly so I don't know why they deserve a 1 star rating.

And a note to the lady driving an hour multiple times for a passport ~ If you went the first time or even a second time and couldn't get what you needed done, did you think of calling the post office? I have called a couple times during business hours and a live person always answers that is actually at this post office.
