The delivery service has been abysmal from this office. Multiple times they have left packages against garage door. One of them was a handmade gift and got run oven when we backed out the car. But even more annoying is that now they will not deliver packages that do not fit in the mailbox. They will leave a note in mail box saying no one was home to receive it even though we are home. Funny how they don't leave the notes on our door! Then I go to the office and they tell me it is out on the truck, but again they don't deliver. It will sit on the truck for a week before I get it. This is the regular routine with them. Their lazy employees should be ashamed.

It's Tuesday Feb. 20th in Auburn. We've checked our mail 3 times today as a business. Nothing in the mail box. Tried to call the post office and I've been on hold 35 minutes to see if our mail is sitting there with no one to deliver it. I'm sure everybody has gone home by now. Was our carrier sick and they couldn't cover the mail delivery for our route? We are waiting for important documents!!

On a few occasions they’ve been pretty slow, just like the DMV. It’s not their responsibility to give out tape just because a customer forgets to tape a label or a package. They do need to get people in and out faster though. Why do they open so late now? 10:00am??

What an outstanding hard working crew of employees! (And it’s not the employees at this specific location that “refuse to give you tape” but the USPS as a whole cracking down on them. I’m sure they don’t want to buy a roll of tape just to give away to customers.

Moved into my rental house 3 weeks ago and they refuse to send my mail to me. Wanting on checks time sensitive mail etc and they don't care. Went there 5 times with no results. They just say I don't have any mail. I believe this is a federal offense but I can't get anyone to assist online or on the phone. WTH???
