One employee brings down the whole place Clerk #20 has no customer service and does not know policy’s. She’s been very rude to me on multiple occasions. She makes every transaction I have with the post office very difficult. I spend a lot at the post office every year having to ship poultry it would be nice to have better employees with better attitudes.

This is a very fast and efficient post office. Reviewers who give it 1 or 2 stars will also complain about the weather, traffic, sports teams, and never fail to point out just how unfair life is. I appreciate the hard working employees who work to make this city and country a great place! If you want to put the blame on long wait times, look no further than your peers in line with you, we are the reason things take so long....and possibly cuts to federal funding

On multiple occasions I have been treated very rudely and disrespectfully by employee “Joy”. She is continually rude and exhibits poor customer service skills. I have had extended family members that I’ve received the same treatment form her. To avoid any problems and seek help from any employee other than Joy. Hopefully management will notice this problem and correct soon.

Terrible customer service. Terrible service all around. Employees are not nice at all. Everyone who works there hates their life. Terrible environment. Line on weekends is hours long because they only have one person working. Worst post office I've ever been to. I use self sending package machine every chance I get just to avoid these people. Not to mention my apartment complex hasn't received mail in two days. So sad.

Rude service no patients for customers. The way things are going now when getting better service with places like Amazon the us postal service should think about their cunstomer service model or they might go out of business sooner than later.
