We live in Folsom and are subscribers to Netflix DVD service. Lately we get the DVDs a day later than the expected delivery date as communicated to us via email from Netflix. One day late may not seem like much but this slower delivery means we only get to watch 5 to 6 DVDs per month rather than 8 (problem is exacerbated by lack of Sunday service). These slower delivery times also mean less revenue to USPS and even less if we cancel our service. Hopefully our elected officials say no next time USPS asks for a larger subsidy or higher postal rates.

I have had my fair share of bad experiences at USPS around the country but this is not one of them. The staff here were really patient and helpful.

I am a business in another state that keeps getting returned mail with CORRECT addresses on the documents. Because they do not want to take the time to actually put the mail in the right mailbox, with the unit number the mail is returned, " Not a deliverable address, unable to forward". Last time I checked apartments complex's with mailbox's, confirmed addresses, and tenants makes for a very deliverable box. Please do you job and deliver the mail, I know most of you do an amazing job at what you do, whom ever decided to be lazy needs to also be let go.

I love that the mailman decided to just drop my package on the ground without a care. Not like I get multiple fragile packages delivered a week for my work or anything. When I confronted him about it he just got an attitude with me. Now I have damaged property that some old dude who should have retired long ago decided to handle carelessly. Thank you usps. You just lost my business. No wonder the US postal system is so trash.

People did not care about us. The Lady with the Red hair was a jerk! And did not care what so ever! Our mail box broke and had us pay $50 and wait a week thankfully my friend was there and got it open. My vitamins were in there and it was 105 degrees. They could have been totaled!
