If I could give this place a -5 I would. The so called "post master" or whatever you wanna call her is the worst! She is so freaking rude when you just ask one simple question. I was talking to a very nice lady named Amy about this curbside mailbox thing and she just barges in and starts inturupting me and gets really rude. The first day I went in to talk to them she came out and said that she's gunna come to my house and "investigate" to make sure that I get a curbside. 😂 She gets so rude about one simple question. Someone needs to replace her and make the Sidney post office more friendly the way it used to be. People like her just destroy the name of a city. I think her name was Judith Morgan if I'm correct.

The worst post office in the US. Their customer service is absolutely deplorable. They send packages to wrong addresses and are not even slightly helpful when you ask about said package. The holiday season is the worst.

of all the post office places ive ever been to Sidney,mt is by far the worst ,they must not drug test here.a change of address and they send ur mail to the person who left ur house for over a yr now when you ask them about it they are rude and don't even try to fix the problem.we need lower letters to grade the Sidney post office. they are pathetic to say the least. my advise is to get a p.o. in glendive
