Leaves packages all over the yard. Never delivers to front door as requested. Today 3/10/18 they left 2 packages in wet driveway due to snow melt. If my son hadn't looked out front door and noticed them they would have been ruined. Had Packages left under front dining room windows which were seen only because we were cleaning windows. They are terrible and you can't even call them directly and you are lucky to catch the Postmaster. Although that hasn't been helpful in the past. I think they are worse than the DMV.

The lady who delivers the mail doesn't even bother driving up the driveway to deliver a package that needs a signature, but instead, leaves a post it note stating that nobody was able to sign....I WAS HOME ALL DAY WAITING FOR THAT PACKAGE!!!

Placed mail in my empty box for pick up & put the flag up. Mail was delivered but NOT picked up. This has happened on more than one occasion. I think they need to find some new employees who take pride in doing a good job!

FedEx which has tracking numbers and alerts online tells me package is in Hebron. Andover tells me to go to Hebron to get it because it takes them a while - (in my case more than two days on one occasion) to get the box. I live 20 minutes away. Since I waited all day for it - I rush to get into Hebron to pick up package. First the one with glasses behind counter basically 'plays me' and asks 'if package should be there' - why is he asking me this? He knew it was there on a pallet but they just haven't gotten around to scanning them. Just let me know. What is worse - Andover told me package should be all set to pick up (as long as It's not an Amazon pkg). I called Hebron as well (just to be sure)and a lady said - yes I can pick it up. What more miscommunication has to be there. It's my package worth more than $300 - paid for. It is not theirs. Then the other dude there starts ramming the slider doors so as show he can't have any more people in. Like angry or something. Being outright rude and misinforming does not cut it with me anymore. I don't try to post negative views on small businesses. But when it comes to this or a state agency - they will know.
