Mail man gave my package to the wrong house 2 weeks before Christmas, and they refused to return it to him days later after I called to complain and he went to retrieve it. I then sent in an invoice so that I may be reimbursed for his mistake (what I was told to do). I was told I would be receiving a money order within 10 days. On the 11th day I called to say I have still not received my money order and was told that the mail man now is saying our mailbox doesn't have a door so anyone could have taken my package. Our mailbox DOES have a door, and I was already told he gave my package away. The mail man is actually trying to change his story now and blame it on me, because the reimbursement will come out of his paycheck. I now have to wait 1 to 2 more weeks to be reimbursed because he is conveniently off for the week, as well as the postmaster supposedly. Not to mention he can't seem to figure out where to deliver mail when he is on working, we frequently get 255's mail in our 235 box. Terrible careless service. Would give less than 1 star if I could. I doubt I will ever get my money back from this man who can't do his job, how sad is this establishment.... do better.....

Would give 0 stars if I could! This office is no good... all of my packages are left in driveway not at front door as stated! Called to complain and all they day is I'll call the carrier... never received a call back! This office needs a new manager that knows how to run the place! Delivery carriers need to learn to leave packages at front door not in the driveway!!!

We are both disabled and have a very steep driveway and when we first moved in 10 years ago, things we much different. I used to do it all. Now, we are getting a hard time every other mo th to move the mailbox back down the hill.

SO RUDE! Worst costumer service I have seen. I talked to THREE different employees and all of them were extremely rude and unhelpful!

Called to find a package THEY misdirected to another post office when they were the destination post office & she hung up on me THREE times. Don't worry Bia- you are SO REPORTED 😄😘💕
