Love being able to pick up my mail from the PO box during hours that the lobby is closed. The times i had to talk to customer service they seemed nice and fast. The parking lot has lots of speed bumps which is a pain but not their fault.

Guy was a total tool I asked for an envelope he said he can't give me anything. I tried to explain I wanted to mail something priority mail. I was trying to purchase a flat rate envelope and he acted like I was asking him to pull teeth. Went somewhere else to mail it id avoid this place at all costs. Guys obviously hates what he does and needs to find a job not around people.

I made it one minute before closing time, coming from Blackfoot. I had to mail something important on a priority box. He would not accept it because he said "you won't have the box ready in a minute" then he came out of the counter and lock the door. I can't believe it! Worst experience ever.
