Last time I visited we were doing a return for an item we ordered online. My husband asked if he could borrow any tape, I didn't think they would provide any, but I guess it didn't hurt to ask. The 80's hair lady behind the counter just looked shocked. "No, we do not provide any packing supplies  and it is clearly posted multiple times around our office." (which it isn't really all that clear) I looked down at the sign to see what it said and the lady had the next person go in line. I was so ticked because I was ready to pay for our package and she just had the next person cut us in line. 
I know it is a government service, but as someone who works in customer service I would never treat any of my customers this way. Very unprofessional

I normally don’t leave reviews but I thought I would for this post office just because the service is so terrible. I have worked with them on several occasions over the last couple of years. They are always rude and short. Not helpful at all and not welcoming.  This post office needs new staff or a lesson in good customer service.

I went to ship a package and they always present the best deals. They would suggest a certain packaging method to ensure the most cost effective and the earliest arrival. When receiving packages, they always come on time.

I haven't been here for a long time, but the last time I was here, customer service was alright. Honestly, points for them for trying to find my lost package and getting it to me, even if the address was wrong, they delivered it for me right away. So helpful experience. Just your typical post office.

I visit this postal office regularly. Their customer service is very good but the inside is rather outdated and there always seems to be a shortage of staff.
