We continue to have delivery issues. Sometimes no mail delivery for days and then everything at once. This last week we got our mail sometime after 5pm and never got our weekly fliers that usually come on Friday. This effects both my house and my neighbor as we live in a duplex. When trying to call and speak to someone I am now routed to an 800 number. Why is it that everything is going to automated but service everywhere is getting worse? This also applies to other services other than mail delivery.

This Gorham facility truly does suck.  I have the same complaints as everyone else.  Mailbox door is always left open, packages are never actually dropped off when tracking says it has been.  They never answer there phones.  And today I watched the driver drive up to my mailbox then drove off.  I went out to check my box and he had left nothing in it.  Then my wife shows me that a package from Amazon had apparently been delivered today according to Amazon.  Place is a joke!!!

Seriously frustrating that EVERY time I have a package coming through this post office they mark it as undeliverable due to “no access” even when I am home and clearly able to access my home. Then they don’t answer their phones - understandable that this is a busy time of year, totally get it. But this happens year round. Just wish they’d let me know that they don’t feel like delivering my mail that day and give me the option to pick it up.

Lies about not being able to deliver packages on Sundays- claims my house has restricted access, but I have no gate. Never picks up phone.

times out of ten, great service - but if you have Amazon Prime, don't bother trying 2-day shipping if it happens to fall on a weekend. If I try, I consistently get bogus "receptacle is blocked" or a similar message. I wonder if other small towns have this problem? Perhaps they are understaffed?
