If I could rate my experience negative 10 I would. Just left and dealt with a woman that not only didn't know how to help me but insulted me. As I was in there to get a PO box in another state I was lectured and judged about how I am  not preparing for a retirement as I needed to quit my job to move.  Then she went on to tell me about her boat and 2 pensions she had.  Customer service was not on her list.  With her lack of knowledge on completing what I needed done the line was backing up and I offered to let her help everyone but she continued.  I stopped her and told her to shred my paperwork and I'd go somewhere else. As I left a gentleman who heard the whole situation unnecessarily apologized for her behavior and wished me luck. Whether I misperceived her intentions another customer confirmed my feelings. 
To the woman who worked today, Monday August 3 at 11:30, you are lucky to have a luxurious and secure government job with benefits and work hours the average middle class American dreams of.

hey mister "fact" I'd just like to say that you had better stop putting down the so free post office unless you want a knuckle sandwich to the face.
oh and i've never been inside this post office but it has a pretty cool lawn i think

I was recently looking for directions for the 141 Main Street Freeport Maine Post Office.  In your mapping it shows it is on South Main Street in South Freeport not where it is actually located.  I called the post office and they gave me the right directions.  Located at 141 MAIN Street in Freeport it is actually on Route 1 in downtown Freeport.  Checking your mapping diagram it is actually located on Route 1 just south of the intersection of Rt 1 (Main Street) and Mallet Drive (Rts 125 & 136).

the main post office (zip 04032) is at 141 main street (US Route 1) in the center of town. 

a satellite office (04078) is on 95 south freeport road (around the corner from main street in south freeport), in the southeastern corner of the town. 

these two buildings are a few miles apart. south freeport is just a village of the town and should not have its own tiny post office, but it does.
