There was a bit of a hassle with an international package of mine, and a miscommunication at home - but Margaret and the rest of the team truly went above and beyond to help me find the package, including reaching out to me after-hours to inform me that they had found it! This is a wonderful place, full of wonderful people.

Great Post Office, anyone complaining about the service or location have never had to deal with a large city Post Office. It's always a pleasure going there which I do often.

Worst USPS location in history, they should just clear house and fire everyone and start again. Good luck trying to get a hold of them by phone, I've tried calling 10 different times on 10 different occasions multiple times sometimes and have never gotten them to answer the phone once. If you paid any other company for a service and they did not deliver said service that would be staffed with any other company. If you want to to deal with bunch of incompetent losers then this is your place. They are so stupid at this post office that two packages arriving at the same day complexes them and blows their mind to an extent that they cannot handle it obviously and only bring you one package. I cannot say enough bad things about this USPS location, The people that work there are incompetent, they don't do their job, they're lazy and should all be fired immediately.

I used USPS most of the time and I have had positive experience so far. Packaged delivered on time and I like their flat rate deal on priority mail.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I've been calling for HOURS to try and get passport information via phone before I drag my family in there to get passports and no one is answering the phone....EVER.
