Called, went to office concerning daughter. Everything was fine they assured me. Well it was far from it and they do lie and it's legal to do this in Michigan. They do not have to direct deposit anything unless they want to. So I have to make a very long trip to Benton harbor every month now.

I wasted over 3 hours between driving here and back, waiting for someone to help me, and then... nothing.    This place is a hellhole.  Screaming kids running around in the waiting area,  bad setup,  horrible atmosphere.    I finally get to speak to a representative who after typing information in the system for another 20 minutes finally tells me since my Drivers License is in the process of being changed from one state to another and I am using a TEMPORARY one (although I still had the photo one also) they can't help me and I'll have to "come back" when I get the Michigan license.    Incompetent people,  incompetent system,  horrible service.     Minor changes to personal information SHOULD BE ABLE TO BE DONE ONLINE.
