I received a call from a intake officer (I can't remember her name) she was rude & not friendly at all. Very bad customer service!!!!

Grossly understaffed.  Literally no room for the disabled, elderly, or anyone to sit in the waiting room due to overcrowding. Should you get tired of standing and lean on the wall, the security guard tells you that you cannot. This place is terrible.

Wait is horrible. My mom is in a wheelchair and there was no room and the staff took their time with a waiting room full of customers. Only 3 windows open and the one window has had the same customer for over 30 minutes.
