The people were terrible. They made me wait for 2 hours and forgot about me in the waiting room. The lady I had before was horrendous and did not even submit my information. When I went back, my information was not in the system and I had to start over. The people here are so inconvenient. They don't even deserve a rating.

I had a bad experience with one of the workers at this office. The lady was very rude and unprofessional. She was judging my handwriting and instructing on how certain letters should be written instead of focusing on relevant things and getting her job done well. What is even more disappointing and embarrassing is that she made this comment after trying to read a name one of the European capitals (if she just learned the European capitals, she wouldn't have had this problem). Also, she wouldn't even let me finish any questions I had for her and her answers were very rude. She was trying very hard to make me feel stupid, when in reality she was the one who was uninformed.

The last time I was at Social Security office it was only for such high they were excellent as speedy as they could be with all the traffic I didn't have an appointment and people were very courteous I have a five stores

Firstible i took a day off just to go there, because i know it would be busy! I went to update my social and last name once i became a US citizen. After 3 weeks later i got it. I opened it first thing i see my same last name what i had before! I was like gotta be kidding me , now i gotta start all over again. Not happy at all.

The staff at this office are dealing with large crowds each day, but still manage to make people feel like they are more than just numbers. Wait times can be long, but the staff do their best to take care of each person so as not to make them have to return to finish their business.
