I made an appointment via the IRS phone number stating my issues. The scheduler asked me to take my return and other documentation with me. They scheduled me for the Melbourne office. Immediately, Jensey Fernandez, went over the letter I received without asking me what the issue(s) were. After he finished, I explained my issues. He was unable to help me except for handing out forms to complete. I wonder what the IRS office is Melbourne is for? Is it like the bank monitor I see in the commercials? Recommend an audit on whether this office is needed; as a taxpayer, my opinion is no!

The Lady who answer the phone was very rude and uninformed..... She didn't even let me to try and make an appointment for my sister by saying "you don't have the authority of an Attorney" hung up after that? Unprofessional at all!!!

terrible no help at all, just security officer getting paid to stand in a suit... I received help from another costumer standing in line before I could get real help.

Can't call to make a appointment. Then have wild gunslinger answer the door like it was a saloon and I was the out of town.Wow only in Brevard County.

As long as you remember to make an appointment first, it's very quick and easy! I was in and out before my appointment was supposed to even start!
