The worst experience in this office the security guard work there don’t know how to treat people they need to change him is a bad to have a security guard only care about him doesn’t help and talk to the ederly very rude you guys need to take a moment to show him how the person need to be treated. Was an old lady with a 1 year old girl and he was very rude with the lady telling her that the girl cant site in the floor she wasn’t doing anything wrong just sitting quiete change that guy he need to be an a place fit for him not in a office with he has tonhave contact with person

We were third in line due to getting here an hour prior to opening. They take the appointments first then the walk-ins as it should be. The staff was friendly and to the point. Ms Baker at window 15 was fantastic! She was polite, thorough and knowledgeable in what she did for us. I appreciate her being informative in regards to what we needed to apply for. Thank you so much for all you do each and every day!

I arrived right when this office was scheduled to open, 9 AM, and there was a ridiculous line already, so I was expecting a long wait and a bad time before I even stepped in. The security guard watched the line, at 9 AM, he let in the appointments in first, and then he started letting in people 5 at a time. There was a woman at the kiosk, who helped everyone, which was nice, since I wasn't sure what I needed to do, and she helped me. I was in and out in 10 minutes, waited in the line for 15 minutes. Not bad, considering I have waited at other SSC offices for over 3 hours. This was efficient, and all staff were friendly.

The service was what you'd expect from any governmental bureaucracy. You take a number, wait, and get paperwork processed. However, there's an overbearing control hungry rent-a-cop in the lobby that really made the whole experience one I'd rather not repeat.

Here for SS replacement card. Probably better if you get a appointment. Off street for me ended up with about 35 min wait. Sign in at the kiosk so that your waiting number is already assigned to your SS number. No food or drink inside. Bring something to do while you're waiting.
