I am a NEW potential customer stop by US storage in corona. Employee Mr. Rick, so excellent in customer service. Super professional, excellent communication, a man great character, man of integrity, this man Mr.  Rick is very unique, treat customer with dignity, and respect. This location is clean. I do enjoy my tour at this location.
Bottomline, I highly recommend this location for anyone that looking for storage space. You can go wrong with Mr. Rick. Thank you so much for all your help at this location.

We have had the best moving experience from this location with Rick then any other strorage place we have ever encountered. Rick was very knowledgable and knows what he is doing. He went above and beyond providing excellent and quick service. Answered all of our questions and provided so much information. Even got us a moving truck when we were expecting not to get one. We would give him 10 stars if we could.
