The staff and security were very nice. Biometrics went pretty fast. Went in and out in less than 45 minutes. Lines were okay. Just a heads up, You cannot bring your cellphone camera or food with you and if you have a bag, you'd have to empty its contents into a tray. There's a big parking structure just across the street. Long wait light to cross to the other side. Parking is free and plenty of it. Second visit update: Apparently many people complains about the no cell phone allowed policy. Now they allow you to bring your cell phone with you. Interview including wait time took about an hour.

The security staff are unprofessional and rude. They abuse their power as a security staff. They need to be train to be professional. No one needs to deal with unprofessional rude security staff like that. As soon as you walk in they are already yelling at you and talking to you with an authority they don't even have. You hate your job so bad. Go to school and get an education. Ps: have a nice life

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND READ THIS: If you're coming to this building, THEY WILL send you back to the parking lot to leave your cellphone in your car. They're very strict. Avoid having to go to thr parking lot again in a rush. Have your green card and application numbers handy. Reschedule if you have any cuts in your fingers as they won't be able to take accurate readings. One last thing....this is where they take the photo for your card. Fix yourself up. I thought it was going to be a DMV-like experience, BUT, these guys are FAST. shouldn't take more than 30min and yo will be on your way.

Very rude security and unprofessional at the enterance. They need to be fired. They treat people like they are animals. They dont care if you are disabled or have medical conditions. They made a disabled person take of his shoes and the person had a cane that could not bend, they told him "if you cant take off your shoes we wont let you in with really disrespectful loud voice. Also the employees are lazy and raciest against Armenians We have experienced this while we were there. Also they need to hire more Armenian employees. They are very disorganized and rude. Securities are disrespectful, no courtesy, obnoxious, prejudice, racists, narcissism, rude and dont understand one day they could be in that position or their family member. We had a appointment when went they made us take another appointment for one paper that they were able to give at that point, and they were not busy so they did not issue the temporary sticker. This place needs to be reviewed by the main branch.

My family and I had a good experience here at USCIS. The guards were not mean or rude, they weren't overtly talkative or friendly either, but they were professional and they were doing the jobs they are paid to do, and that job is to keep everyone else in the building safe from those who would try to harm us. I appreciate what they have to do and I respect their authority. Now onto the remaining review. The waiting room is clean, and large, the chairs are padded and comfortable. The ambient temperature of the room was pretty much perfect for this time of year. Not cold or hot. As I sat with my wife and daughters waiting to be called for our adjustment of status interview, I got to see other officers interacting with the people in line ahead of us. The officers were approachable, and professionals. They greeted the customers with a smile and handshakes. The atmosphere of the office was calm and professional. When it was our turn to be called, the officer, Grant, was friendly, professional, and well organized. He had a solid understanding of our Visa Package, he went through all of our paper work thoroughly. At the end of the review he informed us that we were approved, explained when we would receive our green cards, let us know to update our Social Security Cards and gave us an approval letter to take with us since we would be traveling before the green cards came in the mail. At the end of the interview I asked Grant if there were any good breakfast joints nearby, he pointed us to Brent's delicatessen just a mile down the road and I'l tell you what. That place hit the spot! It was super awesome. We had Breakfast and Lunch items from the menu and everything was super. Grant, if you read this, thanks for the recommendation. It was awesome! :D
