Please fix the phone system to let callers know when your call hours are. Many of us spend a lot of time waiting to get an answer and we don't ever get one having wasted all that time. The least you could do is set up a simple automated message system.

I visited the court house due to business, I'm from the state of Florida and we do things a little different. I have to say the bathrooms were not very clean, the people working at the front office for traffic citations and to submit other forms they were very slow and not helpful, they were somewhat nice. The legal help support group they were actually very nice and very helpful the bad thing is you have to wait about 2hrs or more depending on how many people are in front of you. The phone system must be changed because I agree with almost everyone they suck BIG time or maybe they do that on purpose so we have to drive to the courts and pay for a parking ticket that's my guess. Overall its an okay experience, not the best but not the worst I've seen.

NO SCORE! Self help is not helpful at all. They make you feel like you're afraid to ask questions. They won't even listen to what you have to say. You leave there more confused than ever. I would not go back here. I'm better off driving to Van Nuys self help.

Horrible lines inside. No free parking or metered parking. They just rape you on the daily rate, even if you are in for only 5 minutes. They even made half the street red zone so you must pay for parking. It's a racket. And this is supposed to be where we go for justice.

Just like everyones complaint here, there phone system is a joke! Nobody ever answers and it just keeps ringing and ringing until it hangs up on you. For goodness sake invest in a proper phone system. This is by far ridiculous.
